Whether you’re a recent college graduate, a long-time professional looking to climb the ladder, or in the middle of a career change, 3 Cups of Coffee is available at no charge to connect you with a mentor in your field who can help you get started.
During three, one-hour, mentoring sessions conducted either virtually or in person, our caring mentors work with job-seekers and professionals seeking career advancement to create a customized plan while networking and building connections.

Pennsylvania Women Work's Annual Meet and Mingle Breakfast serves as an opportunity for our 3 Cups of Coffee mentors, mentees and supporters to come together to celebrate the power of mentorship.
During the event, which occurs annually in February, attendees participate in professional networking and conversation, and we recognize the women who have participated in 3 Cups of Coffee; honor those who have volunteered their time; and thank those who have generously contributed to the program.
3 Cups of Coffee Mentors help job-seekers create a career plan that identifies goals and job possibilities while networking and developing connections. In just three meetings, mentors make a big impact by assisting mentees in building confidence, opening doors, and creating a plan for career success.
