Employer Partner Spotlight: Carnegie Museums

Employer partnerships do more than create job opportunities, they help our clients envision what’s possible. This quarter, we’re proud to spotlight our growing partnership with Carnegie Museums, an organization committed to opening its doors not only to visitors, but to future employees as well.

“Carnegie Museums is the crown jewel of Carnegie’s philanthropy,” said Jessica Graves, Manager of Employment and Training at Carnegie Museums. “We want to continue to be an active participant in our community and to welcome as many people in as possible.”

That shared commitment to community made PA Women Work a natural partner. Carnegie Museums has participated in our Power Up Connections speed networking breakfast and welcomed clients and career coaches for an Employer Spotlight tour, offering an inside look at the wide range of roles that keep the museums running every day.

“We want to enable people to see themselves here, and that we are a welcoming workplace,” said Jessica. “PA Women Work’s connection to job seekers has helped make that possible.”

For many attendees, the tour transformed the museum from a place to visit into a place where they could imagine a career. Learning directly from museum staff, asking questions, and seeing the many career paths available helped make employment opportunities feel both accessible and attainable.

That impact is already being realized. Thanks to this partnership, one of our clients was hired by Carnegie Museums, demonstrating how meaningful connections between employers and job seekers can lead to life-changing opportunities.

We’re grateful to Carnegie Museums for investing their time, expertise, and enthusiasm in our clients. Through partnerships like this, we’re not just helping people find jobs, we’re building relationships that strengthen our community, help employers connect with talented candidates, and empower job seekers to take the next step in their careers.
