Together, we’re preparing job seekers for success by combining hands-on advanced manufacturing training with the career coaching and professional development needed to thrive in today’s workforce.
Our team at PA Women Work recently delivered resume writing and interview workshops as part of the Digital Foundry’s advanced manufacturing course, ensuring participants graduated with both technical expertise and the confidence to secure employment. Several students from that course later enrolled in PA Women Work’s career coaching services, a testament that the partnership is already creating meaningful pathways beyond the classroom.
The connection between our organizations felt natural from the start.
