Empowerment in the Workplace (EIW) is designed to give women tools to overcome workplace challenges and maximize their workplace impact. EIW is a full day of interactive classroom time, plus a panel discussion with women leaders. |

Using industry-recognized curriculum from DDI, our Communicating for Success class helps build your professional communication skills to create better working relationships, become a stronger leader and learn to resolve conflicts.
Launch: Entrepreneurship Program
Attend our Launch program in partnership with Paramount Pursuits to build your entrepreneurship skills.
Launch is a two-session workshop to provide you the skills you need to start a business. During these two sessions, you will learn what it takes to become a business owner, develop a business plan, and gain skills, resources and knowledge to become an entrepreneur. |
