As a mom of two, Moira was finding her job as a high school counselor becoming too much. She was feeling drained at the end of the day and wanted to make a career change that allowed her to be more present for her two sons. She attended PA Women Work’s Career Kick-Start event and got connected to a career coach. Shortly after, she started our 3 Cups of Coffee mentorship program, where her mentor helped strengthen her resume and build her network. A few months later, Moira began a new job with growth opportunities and flexibility that allows her to be present for her kids.
