After being incarcerated in 2019, Cherrell Russell joined PA Women Work’s ReWork program during her time at Passages to Recovery. She knew she had a lot of work to do to get back to her two daughters. During her time in the ReWork program, Cherrell worked with her facilitator to create a five-year plan, that included earning her degree and finding stable employment. Now, Cherrell is proud to have accomplished those goals and is now a case manager at Passages – supporting other individuals on their path to long-term personal and professional stability.
