Age bias often hides in plain sight—in hiring decisions, team assignments, and everyday assumptions about who’s “too young” or “too old” for a role.

This month’s A Closer Look: Multigenerational Workplace will help participants recognize those patterns and understand the real impact they have on individuals and teams.  Our special guests, Age-Friendly Greater Pittsburgh, not only believe in the values every member of a team brings at any age, but also in the strengths of a cross-generational workforce. 

As they lead this time together, they will allow participants to better understand how age assumptions might show up in the workplace, as well as share strategies for promoting age inclusion at work and in our everyday lives.
