We recognize that some job-seekers face additional challenges with getting back on their feet, finding employment and achieving stability.
Our ReWork program supports individuals, particularly women, as they transition back into the workforce following incarceration and/or recovery from substance use disorder. Specifically designed for these groups, our curriculum focuses on building job-seeking and retention skills while using an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach that incorporates mindfulness and creative activities. Additionally, our one-on-one coaching and wraparound supports help ensure financial stability that is core to successful re-entry.
