PA Women Work’s Coffee Club program is a monthly giving circle supporting our life-changing 3 Cups of Coffee mentorship program. Members make a small monthly donation (equivalent to a cup of coffee or two), to help match a local job-seeker with a mentor in her field. Mentors provide critical career advice, open doors to job opportunities, and empower their mentee with the tools and connections to find meaningful employment. 

Your monthly support through the Coffee Club is so much more than a donation, it’s a commitment to empowering women to unlock their full potential through employment and career advancement. 
Last year the generosity of our Coffee Club members helped make 177 mentorships possible and 177 futures brighter! 

What will your gift make possible this year? 

• You provide a job-seeking woman access to a career mentor and new professional opportunities. 75 - 85% of program graduates find a job within six months of graduating from the 3 Cups of Coffee program. 
• You lift up women and families, helping to open the door to a more prosperous future. 3 Cups of Coffee participants earn a starting salary of $25 on average ($52,000 annually).
• You give confidence and hope during a challenging time. In post-program surveys, 90% of program graduates felt their employment outlook improved because of the program.
