Great things happen when communities come together.
The Alliance for Refugee Youth Support & Education (ARYSE) creates spaces where immigrant and refugee youth can build skills, connect with others, and feel supported as they work toward their goals. Through its programs and advocacy, ARYSE celebrates young people’s identities and helps them feel confident about their futures.
At PA Women Work, we’re happy to partner with ARYSE to help connect young adults, alums, and their families with career resources, training, and employment opportunities.
This summer, our team joined ARYSE at the PRYSE Academy Final Showcase Resource Fair, where students and families celebrated the end of the summer program and connected with organizations offering resources throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. It was a great opportunity to meet families, share what PA Women Work has to offer, and help make connections that can support their next steps.
A representative from ARYSE shared, “PA Women Work has been a valued partner in understanding our students’ and alums’ needs when connecting them to employment, training, and career opportunities.”
By bringing together ARYSE’s strong relationships with young adults and families and PA Women Work’s free career coaching and workforce programs, we can help more young people and their families explore their options and plan for the future.“We are grateful for our partnership with PA Women Work and look forward to working alongside them to provide access to opportunities for our students and their families.”
